Venda – PENIT is using drone technology to track progress of a hotel development project at Nandoni Dam.

DJI Phantom 4 Pro

Kalahari Waterfront will feature 178 beds, restaurant, conference venues and facilities, wifi, swimming pool and an exquisite view of the Nandoni dam.

The Budeli community is ecstatic about the development and grateful for the employment opportunity.

“The use of technology is crucial to productivity and efficiency. We are using high-tech drones to map the landscape and progress at Kalahari Waterfront”, Eddy Phaswana, Managing Director at PEN-IT Solutions

The drone being used is a DJI Phantom 4 Pro, which features four propellers to launch and fly. It is able to reach a maximum altitude of around 500 metres from the base point where the device was initially launched from. It can manoeuver left, right and back and forth while airborne.

The drone is hired at R4500 for a 15min flight video and 3 high resolution A1 print outs. Book your flight today info@penit.co.za / 073 400 9338
