PEN-IT is a computer reseller based in the
Thohoyandou area. It was founded as a consulting-oriented VAR,
and is emphasizing service and support to differentiate itself
from more price-oriented national chains.
By looking at the needs of consumers and users of PC’s, by being
cognitive of budgets, expenses and consumer preferences, by
adjusting to the trend of the PC Hardware industry world-wide,
and by being uniquely South African, we are succeeding in
creating a passive, repetitive income business with virtually
endless potential, while at the same time creating something
that suits the needs of just about every PC user.
We have successfully incorporated the largest portion of the
consumer market known to the world of enterprise – the
unaffiliated and individually owned SME group of consumers and
private individuals. People who previously had no collective
bargaining or negotiating privileges, who previously had no
united voice for demanding or negotiating group benefits, while
at the same time being too small and/or unable to afford
group-like security, peace-of-mind and benefits. Careful
research, costing, product listings, and an effective loyalty
reward program achieved this, all incorporated into one
super-business
